House Rules

1. No Parties or Events

Sunset Sage is a place to have fun, but we must adhere to Scottsdale regulations (see page 6).

2. Registered Guests

Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Please let us know in advance if the number of guests changes.

3. Quiet Hours: between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

4. Pool & Outdoor Areas

• Swim at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised around the pool at all times.
• No glass containers in or around the pool.
• Please use the provided towels and avoid taking indoor towels into the pool.
• No running, diving, or roughhousing around the pool.
• Pool equipment and controls should not be adjusted by guests.

5. Smoking & Vaping

No smoking or vaping inside the home or around the home (See page 6)

6. Pets are not permitted. (See page 6)

7. Kitchen- Feel free to use the kitchen and appliances.

Please clean dishes or load the dishwasher before checkout.

8. Security

Please lock doors and windows whenever leaving the property.

Do not disable, tamper with, or cover security/safety devices.

9. No Illegal Activity

Illegal drugs, weapons-related activity, or other unlawful activity are strictly prohibited on the property.

Noise Ordinance

Per City of Scottsdale regulations, there are to be no:

• “Large parties or events with excessive attendance
• Loud amplified music, DJs or live bands
• Commercial or for-profit events
• Excessive vehicle traffic or parking issues
• Disturbances that significantly disrupt neighboring properties”

(This is not only a house rule, but regulations enforced by the Scottsdale Police Department.)

Pet and Smoking Deep Cleaning Fees

• NO Pets - While we love furry and feathered friends, a member of our family is HIGHLY allergic to animals. Any unauthorized pet stay will result in a $300 deep cleaning fee (on top of any standard cleaning fee). Please notify host upon booking if you, or one of your guests, requires a certified service animal.
• NO smoking - Please do not smoke (cigarettes, vapes, marijuana or other) anywhere within 15 feet of home, including casita and game garage. Smoking is allowed in the alley behind the home or on sidewalks surrounding the home only. Please discard ashes and butts properly. Evidence of smoking in, or within 15 feet of home may result in additional deep cleaning fees of up to $300
